The scientific committee is in charge of validating the program of each webinar, and drafting the reports and the summary report to be presented at the final conference. This committee comprises eight (8) members:

- IRD (Arona DIEDHIOU);
- CEA-2IE-IMPACT (Tazen FOWE);
- CEA-CCBAD (Fabrice ALABI);
- the International Red Cross (Cheikh KANE);
- WASCAL GSP in Togo (Komi AGBOKA).
